惟若您收到的商品與訂購商品不符，請於收到商品後的7天內聯繫我們的客服中心，提供訂單號碼及相關照片，以便我們為您處理退換貨事宜。視乎情況，我們將會為您提供全額退款或更換同款商品，並承擔上限 HKD$50 退貨運費。簡和堂保留最終決定權。

請注意，以下情況恕不接受退換貨：

• 出現人為塗抹、修改、破壞、改裝或轉變的商品
• 商品已開封
• 受不可抗力因素影響的商品（例如商品於運送過程因自然災害——包括但不限於颱風、暴雨、酷熱等極端天氣——而受到破壞或損毀）

Return and Refund Policy

Dear customer, thank you for choosing Percy's products! If you encounter any problems during the purchase process, please contact us at any time and we will do our best to assist you.

Generally, to ensure the health of customers and the hygiene of products, all health food products are non-returnable and non-refundable once they have been packaged and sent out.

However, if you receive a product that is different from the one you ordered, please contact our customer service center within 7 days of receiving the product, provide the order number and relevant photos, so that we can handle the return and exchange matters for you. Depending on the situation, we will provide you with a full refund or replace the same product, and bear the return shipping cost up to HKD$50. Simply Health reserves the right to make the final decision.

Please note that the following situations are not eligible for return or exchange:

• Products that have been tampered with, modified, damaged, altered or transformed by human beings
• Opened products
• Products affected by force majeure (such as products that are destroyed or damaged due to natural disasters during transportation, including but not limited to typhoons, heavy rain, extreme heat and other extreme weather conditions)
